What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, business name, phone number, website and message you enter, along with which page the form was submitted from. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the audit or proposal you requested, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If you tick the marketing opt-in box we will also send occasional email or text updates.

Marketing consent

The marketing opt-in checkbox on our forms is never ticked for you and is never required. If you do not tick it we will only contact you about the specific enquiry you made. If you do tick it you can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message, texting STOP to any text, or emailing info@optivis.dev.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, our form delivery provider, and stored in our email and customer records. This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server request data.

Advertising and analytics

If we run advertising for our own business, advertising platforms may set cookies when you arrive from one of those ads. We do not add third party advertising trackers to this site beyond what is required to measure our own campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and then for a reasonable period for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@optivis.dev and we will action it.
