The physical layer, done right.
Cable, network equipment, business Wi-Fi, storage and backups for offices, shops and warehouses. Planned so the business keeps working while we build, and handed over with a map of all of it.
The equipment most marketing firms will not touch.
If we recommend it, we can install it, document it and fix it.
Office networks and Wi-Fi
Wired backbones, business Wi-Fi, fixed addresses for every critical device, and security at the network level. Documented, not improvised.
Secure links between sites
Offices, shops, warehouses and remote staff on one encrypted private network. Work from anywhere with nothing exposed to the public internet.
Storage and backup
On-site and cloud storage, with an offsite copy and backups tested on a schedule. Verified, never assumed.
Monitoring
Every server, workstation and critical job reports in, so a problem is caught overnight instead of on Monday morning.
Workstations built to spec
Machines sized for the work they do, with every part documented.
The standard on every system we run.
Remote access runs over an encrypted private network, so nothing on your network has to face the public internet for us to support it.
Survey. Build. Hand over the map.
- 01
Site survey
What exists, what is fragile and what is exposed. We test instead of guessing.
- 02
Build
Cable, equipment, Wi-Fi, storage and backups, scheduled around your working hours.
- 03
Document and hand over
The network map, the credentials and the runbook, all yours. No hostage-taking.
A fixed scope, quoted after the survey.
Every infrastructure project is scoped and priced in writing after the site survey. Hardware appears as its own line in the quote, so you can see what you are paying for equipment and what you are paying for labor.
Systems care
Monitoring, maintenance and support for the equipment we installed, on a flat monthly fee with a published asset list.
Infrastructure questions, answered plainly.
- Can OptiVis Marketing work with the network equipment we already have?
- Often, yes. The site survey tells us which equipment is still supported and safe to keep, and the quote only replaces what has to go.
- Do you run cable?
- Yes. Cable runs, equipment installs, Wi-Fi and storage are all part of infrastructure projects, and every run is labeled and drawn on the network map you receive.
- What do we get at the end of a project?
- You get the network map, the credentials and a runbook that explains how the system is put together. Any competent technician can pick it up from there.
- Will the office have to shut down during the work?
- The build is planned around your working hours so the business keeps running. If any step needs a short outage, it is scheduled with you in advance.
Built in weeks. Documented for good.
15 minutes. No pitch. We will tell you straight if it is a fit.
