Do I need to be photogenic?
No. We shoot work in progress, products, the team and the space, not your face. If you do want to be on camera that is a bonus, not a requirement.
What if my shop is messy?
Every working shop is messy. We shoot around it, and honestly a real working bay converts better than a staged one. You do not need to clean up for us.
Do I own the content?
Yes. Everything we shoot for you is yours, with full usage rights, including after you stop working with us.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee. Tell us before the next billing date and we stop.
Do you only work with auto and body shops?
Those are the shops we know best, but the format works for any local service business with something visual to show. HVAC, detailing, landscaping, restoration, dental and med spa all shoot well.
Can I post the content myself?
Yes. Most clients let us post on schedule, but if you would rather run your own accounts we deliver the finished files and captions and you publish.
What gear do you bring?
Camera, lighting, audio and a gimbal. You do not need to supply anything, and we work around your jobs rather than stopping them.
How much time do I need to give you?
About two hours once a month for the shoot, plus a 15 minute check-in call. That is the whole ask.
